Gotchas

• ⚠️ gh project cần token scope project — kiểm gh auth status, thiếu thì gh auth refresh -s project
• ⚠️ Status loại trừ nhau — chỉ 1 status live; ưu tiên Projects Status, label status:* chỉ là fallback
• ⚠️ Ghi field Project chính xác dùng gh api graphql (updateProjectV2ItemFieldValue); Project của user thì đổi organization(login:$owner) thành user(login:$owner)
• ⚠️ Actions ghi Project: nếu GITHUB_TOKEN không đủ quyền → dùng GitHub App token least-privilege
• ⚠️ Blocker ghi cả field/label lẫn comment, kèm owner + điều kiện gỡ
• ⚠️ Chưa được Done khi AC chưa tick, chưa link evidence PR/check/test, handoff log còn việc, chưa tạo issue follow-up cho việc hoãn
• 🔒 Không dán secrets vào issue, project field, PR body, workflow log, comment. Repo public = sổ evidence public → che dữ liệu khách hàng
• 🔒 Actions dùng GH_TOKEN, không ghi PAT vào workflow file
